These rules establish the order of the check-in procedure, accommodation and provision of services In the ZHEMCHUZHINA Hotel, a branch of the Slavyanka Hotel Complex.

Rules of accommodation and use of hotel services

  1. Please observe these rules of accommodation, as well as fire safety rules in the Hotel.
  2. The Hotel is intended for temporary accommodation of Guests for a period agreed with the hotel administration. After the agreed period of stay, no later than the check-out time, the Guest is obliged to vacate the room and take out their belongings.
  3. Hotel opening hours are 24/7.
  4. Check-out time (check-out time) is 12:00 local time.
  5. Guests can check in to the hotel from 2 pm local time.
  6. In case of guaranteed booking (if the Guest has made an advance payment for hotel services or paid them in full before the date of arrival), the hotel expects the Guest until 12:00 on the day following the day of the scheduled arrival. In case of untimely cancellation of the reservation (less than 24 hours before the date of arrival), late or no-show of the Guest, from him or from the person - the customer of hotel services, a fee is charged for the actual downtime of the room (place in the room), in the amount of the cost of one day's stay . If you are late by more than a day, the guaranteed booking will be cancelled.
    In case of non-guaranteed booking, the hotel expects the Guest until 18:00 local time on the day of the scheduled arrival, after which the booking will be cancelled. A late guest can be accommodated on general terms, subject to availability.
    Reservation is considered valid from the moment the Guest (another person - the customer of hotel services) receives a notice from the hotel containing information, including the category (type) of the booked room, its price, booking conditions, about the length of stay in the hotel. The guest (another person - the customer of hotel services) has the right to cancel the application in the manner and terms specified by the hotel in the notification of the booking confirmation.
    When booking, placing or during free settlement, the Guest chooses a room category, and the right to choose a specific room belonging to this category remains with the Hotel administration.
  7. The Guest's check-in at the hotel is carried out upon presentation of an identity document issued in the prescribed manner:
    • passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, proving the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Russian Federation
    • passport of a citizen of the USSR, proving the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation, until it is replaced within the prescribed period with a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation
    • birth certificates - for a person under the age of 14
    • passport proving the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation outside the Russian Federation - for a person permanently residing outside the Russian Federation
    • passport of a foreign citizen or other document established by federal law or recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as a document proving the identity of a foreign citizen
    • a document issued by a foreign state and recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as a document proving the identity of a stateless person
    • temporary residence permit for a stateless person
    • residence permit of a stateless person
    • refugee certificates
    • a travel document issued to a person recognized as a refugee in the Russian Federation in accordance with the procedure established by federal law;
    • migration card, visa, valid for the period of stay at the hotel (in accordance with the requirements of migration legislation).

      If the hotel staff establishes violations of the terms of stay, registration on the territory of the Russian Federation, other violations of migration legislation committed by these persons, the hotel has the right to refuse the Guest to check into the hotel.

    The guest is obliged to fill out the questionnaire with the detailed execution of all the items in it in accordance with the data of the identity document, sign it with his own hand and indicate the date of filling. Putting down by the Guest in the questionnaire his signature means confirmation of the accuracy of the information provided about himself and agreement with the rules of residence.

  8. Registration at the hotel of minors under the age of 14 is carried out on the basis of documents proving the identity of their parents (adoptive parents, guardians) or close relatives, an accompanying person (persons), a document, certifying the authority of the accompanying person(s), as well as birth certificates of these minors.
  9. Check-in at the hotel of minors aged 14 to 18 is carried out on the basis of an identity document, only together with their parents (adoptive parents, guardians) or close relatives, accompanying person (persons) who have the original a document certifying the authority of the accompanying person (persons) (a notarized power of attorney issued by the minor's parents (guardians, adoptive parents)).
  10. Check-in at the hotel of minors aged 14 to 18 is carried out on the basis of an identity document, only together with their parents (adoptive parents, guardians) or close relatives, accompanying person (persons) who have the original a document certifying the authority of the accompanying person (persons) (notarized power of attorney issued by the minor's parents (guardians, adoptive parents)).
  11. If minors (clauses 8-9 of these Rules) are unaccompanied by their parents (adoptive parents, guardians), or if the person (persons) accompanying them cannot provide the hotel employee with the original a document certifying his authority to accompany a minor, the hotel has the right to refuse registration and accommodation in the hotel to such a minor and unauthorized person (persons) accompanying him, even in the case of a guaranteed reservation.
  12. Accommodation and services in the hotel, including security deposits, are carried out at prices according to the price list approved by the hotel management. Payment is made in rubles, in cash, by bank transfer under a booking agreement or using settlement (credit) cards. Check-in at the hotel is made only after making an advance payment for the entire expected period of stay and making a deposit for the mini-bar, if the Guest uses the mini-bar. The minibar deposit must be stated in the hotel price list. The final invoice for the services rendered is issued upon departure of the Guest.
  13. From 01/01/2019, children under the age of three stay with their parents free of charge without extra bed. The child can be provided with a baby cot. The cost of providing a baby cot is indicated in the price list of the hotel.
  14. At the hotel, daily payment is set (except for payment for late check-out after check-out time, in this case, hourly payment for accommodation is applied).
  15. Accommodation at the hotel is charged according to check-out time.
    When the Guest is accommodated from 00:01 to the established check-out time for the start of service (early check-in), if there are free rooms and stays for at least a day - the Guest is charged for accommodation before the established check-out time of the day of arrival in the amount of the cost of the fee for half a day.
    In case of accommodation without prior reservation and (or) stay of no more than a day - the Guest is charged per day.
    If the Guest stays at the hotel, he will be charged in the following order:
    • from 12:00 to 17:00 - 50% (fifty) percent of the cost of living per night;
    • from 17:00 to 00:00 - 100% payment for a full night's stay;
    • After 00:00 - payment for a full night's stay.
    The hotel has the right to refuse to provide the Guest with a late check-out if:
    • late check out was not confirmed by the Hotel when booking,
    • There are no available rooms in the Hotel.
    Extension of stay at the Hotelis carried out at the reception and accommodation service subject to availability. The Guest must inform the Reception and Accommodation Service of his intention to extend the stay at least 2 hours before the check-out time, otherwise the Hotel has the right to relocate the Guest to another room or refuse to extend the stay. Extension of stay is subject to obligatory advance payment for the entire extended period, and subject to the absence of a confirmed reservation for a hotel room in favor of third parties.
    When the Guest leaves before the paid period of the stay, the calculation is made for the actual time of stay (but not less than a day) and the additional paid services provided. The amount exceeding the cost of actual accommodation and additional paid services provided is returned to the Guest.
  16. The following types of free services are provided to guests:
    • wake up at a certain time;
    • delivery of correspondence addressed to the Guest to the room upon receipt;
    • calling an ambulance, other special services;
    • use of first aid kit;
    • use of iron and ironing board,
    • call a taxi.
    The Hotel provides the Guest with additional services for a fee at his request in accordance with the current price list for additional services.
  17. For staying Guests, entrance to the hotel is by guest card.
  18. When checking out from the hotel, the guest must hand over the key card or room key to the reception service.
  19. At your request and with the permission of the hotel administrator, visitors invited by you can be in the room from 8.00 to 23.00. A pass for the visitor to enter the hotel must be issued by the administrator on duty upon presentation of a document proving the identity of the visitor no later than 22.00 hours. In case of delay of visitors in the guest's room after 23:00, these persons must be registered and issued for accommodation in the guest's room or in another free room, according to the price list approved by the hotel. The staying Guest is obliged to bear responsibility for the actions of visitors invited to his room, including liability for damage, violation of the rules on the prohibition of smoking, refusal to pay for the services provided by the hotel to these persons.
  20. It is forbidden to smoke in the hotel. If the Hotel establishes the fact of smoking by the Guest in the room, the Guest is obliged to pay for cleaning the room from the smell of smoke in the amount of 1,000 (One thousand five hundred) rubles. In this case, the funds may be withheld by the Hotel from the Guest's bank card unilaterally. The fact of smoking in the room is confirmed by an act drawn up by the Hotel staff on commission, in the presence of the Guest. If the Guest refuses to sign the act or refuses to participate in the drawing up of the act, a corresponding mark is put in the act.
  21. The guest must:
    • close taps and windows when leaving the room;
    • follow the rules of stay established in the Hotel;
    • keep cleanliness, silence and public order in the room and the Hotel;
    • Strictly observe fire safety rules;
    • compensate for loss, damage, or damage to Hotel property.
      The assessment of the damage caused is made on the basis of the price list for damage to hotel property (in the absence of prices in the price list - at the market value of similar property in force at the time of the damage);
    • be responsible for the actions of visitors invited to his room;
    • avoid infection in the room;
    • timely and in full pay for all additional services provided by the Hotel.
  22. It is forbidden in the Hotel:
    • leave unauthorized persons in the room, as well as give them the key to the room;
    • to store bulky items, flammable materials, weapons, chemical and radioactive substances, mercury;
    • keep animals in room;
    • to smoke in the rooms, as well as in the halls and corridors of the Hotel;
    • be under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
    • use heaters unless provided in the hotel room;
    • disturb the peace of Guests staying at the Hotel.
  23. The hotel is not responsible for the operation of city services (emergency shutdown of electrical and thermal energy, water supply).
  24. If you find any problems in the systems of the room, as well as loose sockets or switches, sparks in electrical appliances, please immediately inform the reception and accommodation service by phone: 121,122;
  25. Laundry change mode conditions:
    in standard rooms - 1 time in 3 days;
  26. The hotel has the right to terminate the agreement for the provision of hotel services unilaterally, or refuse to extend the period of stay, or evict the guest, in case of violation by the guest and / or persons invited by him of these rules of residence , untimely payment for hotel services, causing material damage to the hotel and / or third parties located on the territory of the hotel.
  27. The guest is liable in accordance with the procedure established by the law of the Russian Federation for causing material damage to hotel property in the amount established by the price list approved by the hotel at the time of making the claim, as well as for damage caused to life, health of staff, violation of the rules on the ban on smoking. Damage is compensated on the spot, before the guest leaves the hotel.
  28. The Hotel Administration reserves the right to visit the room without the consent of the Guest in case of smoke, fire, flooding, as well as in case of violation by the guest of these rules of residence, public order, the order of using household appliances, as well as in cases , if there is reason to believe that the guest needs emergency medical care.
  29. The Hotel Administration is not responsible for the loss of the Guest's valuables in the room in case of violation of the order of stay in the Hotel. In case of discovery of forgotten things, the administration takes measures to return them to their owners. If the owner is not found, the administration reports the find to the police.
    In the absence of the Guest at the place of residence for more than a day (or after 6 hours from the moment of his check-out time), the Hotel administration has the right to create a commission and make an inventory of the property in the room. The property can be transferred to another premises by decision of the Hotel administration.
  30. In the event of complaints from the Guests, the Hotel administration takes all possible measures to resolve the conflict, as provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation. The book of reviews and suggestions is located at the duty administrator and is issued at the request of the Guest.
  31. These rules apply to Guests who are provided with services under agreements concluded with legal entities (corporate clients) to the extent that they do not contradict the terms of the concluded agreements.
  32. These rules are developed in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation of February 7, 1992 No. 2300-1 "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 9, 2015 No. 1085 "On Approval of the Rules for the Provision of Hotel Services in the Russian Federation »and other legal documents governing legal relations in the field of provision of hotel and additional services.
  33. In cases not provided for by these rules, the parties are guided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

Fire safety instructions

Giving your safety the highest priority, we ask that you observe the following fire regulations:

  • Do not use electric heaters (irons, boilers, coffee makers, electric stoves, etc.) in the room, do not light candles;
  • Do not leave unattended TVs, tape recorders, lamps, etc., when leaving the room, unplug them from the power outlet;
  • The use of your personal non-hospital electrical appliances is not allowed without prior approval from the hotel management;
  • Never never cover switched on floor lamps, table lamps, sconces with objects made of flammable materials (towel, things, etc.);
  • Smoking in the hotel is strictly prohibited;
  • Try to remember the location of exits and stairs from your floor for evacuation in case of fire;
  • Please review your individual room evacuation plan.

In case of fire in your room:

  • Report the incident immediately by calling 121,02,112;
  • Close windows;
  • Take measures to extinguish the fire with available means;
  • If it is not possible to eliminate the fire on your own, leave the room and close the doors without locking them;
  • Leave the danger zone and act as instructed by the administration.
  • In case of fire outside your room:

  • If you see fire or smoke, immediately report the incident by calling 121,02,112;
  • Close the windows and the door, take your documents and go along the smoke-free corridors and stairs to the exit of the building, when there is smoke, go to the exit, crouching to the floor (on all fours);
  • It is forbidden to use the elevator during an evacuation.
  • If you can't leave the room:

  • If the corridors are heavily smoky, stay in your room by immediately closing the door and opening the windows;
  • Fill the tub with water;
  • Tell 121,02,112; your location;
  • To prevent smoke poisoning, cover cracks and vents with water-dampened towels or bedding;
  • If smoke enters your room, protect your nose and mouth with a wet towel, lean low or lie down on the floor;
  • Check if the door does not heat up, if necessary, moisten it with water using a wastebasket;
  • When firefighters arrive at the scene, go to the window and signal for assistance;
  • In the event of an organized evacuation of resident guests from the hotel, act as directed by the administration or the fire department.
