These rules establish the order of the check-in procedure, accommodation and provision of services In the ZHEMCHUZHINA Hotel, a branch of the Slavyanka Hotel Complex.
Rules of accommodation and use of hotel services
- Please observe these rules of accommodation, as well as fire safety rules in the Hotel.
- The Hotel is intended for the temporary accommodation of Guests for a period agreed upon with the hotel administration. Upon expiration of the agreed accommodation period, no later than the check-out time, the Guest is required to vacate the room and remove their belongings.
- The Hotel operates around the clock.
- The check-out time (the time of departure from the hotel) is 12:00 PM local time.
- Check-in for Guests at the hotel begins at 2:00 PM local time.
- If a Guest cancels their reservation before the day of arrival, a full refund will be issued. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the Guest will be charged for the room, but not more than for one day.

Upon booking, accommodation, or free settlement, the Guest selects a room category, while the right to choose a specific room belonging to this category remains with the hotel's administration. The Guest's check-in at the hotel is carried out upon presentation of an identity document issued in accordance with the established procedure:
- Passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, confirming the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Russian Federation;
- Passport of a citizen of the USSR, confirming the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation until it is replaced within the established timeframe by the passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
- Passport confirming the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation outside the Russian Federation;
- Temporary identity certificate of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
- Document confirming the identity of a serviceman of the Russian Federation during periods of mobilization, when martial law is in effect, and during wartime.
- Check-in for a minor citizen of the Russian Federation who has reached the age of 14 is performed based on a document confirming their identity and documents confirming the identity of the accompanying parents (legal representatives) or accompanying persons, provided that such accompanying persons present consent. In the absence of the parents (legal representatives) or accompanying persons near the minor, check-in is performed based on a document confirming the minor's identity, provided that the consent of the parent (legal representative) is presented.
- Passport of a foreign citizen or other document recognized in accordance with federal law or an international treaty of the Russian Federation as a document confirming the identity of a foreign citizen;
- Document issued by a foreign state and recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as a document confirming the identity of a stateless person;
- Permit for temporary residence of a stateless person;
- Residence permit of a stateless person;
- Temporary identity certificate of a stateless person in the Russian Federation;
- Migration card, visa, valid during the stay at the hotel (in accordance with the requirements of migration legislation). In cases where hotel staff identify violations of the length of stay, registration on the territory of the Russian Federation, or other violations of migration legislation committed by the aforementioned individuals, the hotel reserves the right to refuse the Guest's check-in.
- In the absence of identity documents of a citizen of the Russian Federation specified above, check-in for accommodation for a consumer who is a citizen of the Russian Federation is carried out upon presentation of a Russian national driver's license.
7.A reservation is considered valid upon the Guest's (or another party – the customer of hotel services) receipt of a notification from the hotel containing information, including the category (type) of the booked room, its price, booking conditions, and the duration of stay at the hotel. The Guest (or another party – the customer of hotel services) has the right to cancel the request in the manner and within the timeframe specified by the hotel in the reservation confirmation notification.
8.Registration of consumers who are citizens of the Russian Federation at the hotel is carried out in accordance with the Rules for Registration and Deregistration of Citizens of the Russian Federation by Place of Stay and Place of Residence within the Russian Federation, approved by the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated July 17, 1995, No. 713 "On the Approval of the Rules for Registration and Deregistration of Citizens of the Russian Federation by Place of Stay and Place of Residence within the Russian Federation and the List of Persons Responsible for Receiving and Transmitting to the Registration Authorities Documents for the Registration and Deregistration of Citizens of the Russian Federation by Place of Stay and Place of Residence within the Russian Federation."
9.Registration in the Hotel of minors who have not reached the age of 14 is carried out based on documents proving the identity of their accompanying parents (adoptive parents, guardians, accompanying persons), provided that such accompanying persons present the consent of the legal representatives (one of them), as well as the birth certificates of these minors. Registration of Guests who are foreign citizens and stateless persons at the hotel’s place of stay and their deregistration are carried out in accordance with the Rules for Migration Registration of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons in the Russian Federation, approved by the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated January 15, 2007, No. 9 "On the Procedure for Migration Registration of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons in the Russian Federation." The Guest is obligated to fill out a questionnaire, providing detailed information for all sections in accordance with the information from their identity document, sign it personally, and indicate the date of completion. By signing the questionnaire, the Guest confirms the accuracy of the information provided about themselves and agrees to the rules of residence. Check-in at the Hotel for minors who have reached the age of 14, in the absence of their legal representatives, is based on identity documents for these minors, provided that a notarized consent from the legal representatives (one of them) is presented. If minors are unaccompanied by parents (adoptive parents, guardians), or if the accompanying person (persons) cannot provide the hotel staff with the original document proving their authority to accompany the minor, the hotel has the right to refuse such minor and the unauthorized accompanying person(s) registration and accommodation in the Hotel, even if the reservation has been paid for.
10.Payment for accommodation and services at the Hotel, including security deposits, is made according to the prices set in the approved price list by the Hotel management. Payment is made in rubles, in cash, via bank transfer according to the booking contract, or using debit (credit) cards. Check-in at the Hotel is only possible after prepayment for the intended duration of stay. The final bill for the services rendered is issued upon the Guest's departure. When settling accounts with the Guest, the Hotel provides the consumer with a cash receipt.
11.Children under the age of three stay with their parents for free without providing an additional bed. A crib may be provided for the child. The cost of providing a crib is specified in the Hotel's price list.
12.The hotel establishes a daily payment for accommodation. For guests checking in without prior reservation and/or staying for no more than one day, a charge for one day is applied.
13.If a Guest checks in before the established check-in time (early check-in) and there are available rooms, and subsequently stays in the Hotel for at least one day, the charge for the room (bed in the room) is calculated as follows:
· If the period from the Guest's check-in time to the established check-in time at the Hotel is no more than 12 hours, i.e., for check-ins from 02:00 and later, the Guest is charged for accommodation at a rate equal to half a day's cost;
· If the period of the Guest's check-in time to the established check-in time at the Hotel is more than 12 hours, i.e., for check-ins from 01:59 and earlier, the Guest is charged for accommodation at a rate equal to a full day's cost.
· In the event that the Guest is delayed in the hotel (late check-out), the charges will be applied as follows:
-From 12:00 to 18:00 - 50% of the daily accommodation cost;
-After 18:00 - 100% of the daily accommodation cost;
· The Hotel has the right to refuse the Guest a late check-out in the following cases:
· If the late check-out was not confirmed by the Hotel at the time of booking;
· If there are no available rooms at the Hotel.
· Extending the stay at the hotel is carried out at the Reception Service, subject to availability of free rooms. The Guest must inform the Reception Service of their intention to extend their stay at least 2 hours before the check-out time; otherwise, the Hotel has the right to move the Guest to another room or refuse to extend the stay.
· Extensions of stay are made with mandatory prepayment for the entire extended period and provided there is no confirmed reservation for the hotel room in favor of third parties. Upon the Guest's early departure before the paid period of stay, the calculation is made for the actual time stayed (but not less than for one day) and for any additional paid services provided. The amount exceeding the cost of the actual stay and provided additional paid services will be refunded to the Guest.
14. Guests are provided with the following types of complimentary services:
· Wake-up call at a specified time;
· Delivery of correspondence addressed to the Guest to their room upon receipt;
· Use of a blood pressure monitor;
· Call for emergency medical assistance;
· Access to and the possibility of using a first aid kit;
· The Hotel offers additional paid services to the Guest upon request in accordance with the current price list for additional services.
15.Upon checking out of the Hotel, the guest is required to return the room key card to the front desk.
16.At the guest's request and with the approval of the Hotel administrator, invitees may stay in the guest's room from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. A visitor's entry pass must be issued by the on-duty administrator upon presentation of an identification document no later than 10:00 PM. If visitors remain in the guest's room after 11:00 PM, these individuals must be registered and checked in either to the guest's room or to another available room, in accordance with the price list approved by the Hotel. The staying guest is responsible for the actions of any visitors invited to their room, including accountability for damages, violations of the smoking ban, and refusal to pay for services rendered by the Hotel to these individuals.
17.Smoking in the hotel is prohibited. If the Hotel establishes that the guest has smoked in the room, the guest is required to pay a fee of 10,000 (ten thousand) rubles for cleaning the room of smoke odor. The fact of smoking in the room is confirmed by a report drawn up by Hotel staff as part of an approved commission, in the presence of the guest. If the guest refuses to sign the report or to participate in its preparation, a corresponding note will be made in the report.
18.The guest is obliged to:
- close the water taps and windows when leaving the room;
- comply with the established order of residence in the Hotel;
- maintain cleanliness, silence, and public order in the room and the Hotel;
- strictly adhere to fire safety regulations;
- compensate for damages in case of loss, damage, or destruction of the Hotel's property. The assessment of the damage will be based on the price list for damage to hotel property (in the absence of prices in the price list – at the market value of similar property in effect at the time the damage is caused);
- be responsible for the actions of visitors they invite to their room;
- eliminate the possibility of infection occurring in the room;
- timely and fully pay for all additional services provided by the Hotel.
19. In the Hotel, the following is prohibited:
· allowing unauthorized persons in the room or giving them the room key;
· storing bulky items, flammable materials, weapons, chemicals, radioactive substances, or mercury;
· keeping animals in the room;
· smoking in the rooms, as well as in the hotel lobbies and corridors;
· being in a state of alcohol or drug intoxication;
· using heating appliances unless they are provided in the hotel room;
· disturbing the peace of other Guests staying in the Hotel.
20.The hotel is not responsible for the operation of municipal services (emergency power and heating outages, water supply).
21.If you notice any malfunctions in the room's systems, poorly secured sockets or switches, or sparks from electrical appliances, please immediately report it to the reception service at +121 (internal phone) or 230-22-41;
22.Linen change policy: once every 3 days (according to the classification of a 3-star hotel);
23.The hotel reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the hotel service agreement, refuse to extend the stay, or evict a guest in the event of violations of these residence rules by the guest and/or their invited persons, late payment for hotel services, or causing material damage to the hotel and/or third parties present on the hotel premises.
24.The guest is responsible in accordance with the law of the Russian Federation for causing material damage to the hotel’s property in the amount established by the price list approved at the hotel at the time of the claim, as well as for damage caused to the life and health of the staff, and for violations of the smoking ban. The damage must be compensated on-site, before the guest checks out of the hotel.
25.The management of the hotel reserves the right to enter the room without the guest's consent in case of smoke, fire, flooding, or if the guest violates these living rules, public order, or rules for using household appliances, as well as in cases where there are reasons to believe that the guest requires emergency medical assistance.
26.The management of the hotel is not liable for the loss of valuable items belonging to the guest that are in the room, if the guest violates the rules of residence in the hotel. In case of forgotten items, the management will take measures to return them to their owners. If the owner cannot be found, the management will report the find to the police.
27.If the guest is absent from the place of residence for more than one day (or after 6 hours from the moment of their check-out time), the hotel management has the right to create a commission and inventory the property located in the room. The property may be moved to another location at the discretion of the hotel management.
28.These rules apply to all guests receiving services, including those under contracts with legal entities (corporate clients) to the extent that they do not contradict the terms of the concluded contracts.
29.These rules were developed in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation dated February 7, 1992, No. 2300-1 "On the Protection of Consumer Rights," the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated November 27, 2025, No. 1912 "On the Approval of the Rules for Providing Hotel Services and Other Accommodation Services in the Russian Federation," and other regulatory legal documents regulating relations in the field of providing hotel and additional services.
30.In cases not provided for in these rules, the parties shall be guided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
Fire Safety Instructions
Prioritizing your safety, we ask that you adhere to the following fire safety rules:
• Do not use electrical heating appliances (irons, kettles, coffee makers, electric stoves, etc.) in your room, and do not light candles;
• Do not leave televisions, radios, lamps, etc., plugged in and unattended when leaving your room; unplug them from the electrical socket;
• The use of personal electrical appliances that are not hotel equipment is not allowed without prior approval from hotel management;
• Never cover switched-on floor lamps, table lamps, wall sconces, etc., with flammable materials (towels, garments, etc.);
• Smoking in the hotel is strictly prohibited;
• Please try to remember the location of exits and stairways from your floor for evacuation in case of fire;
• Familiarize yourself with the individual evacuation plan from your room. In case of fire in your room:
• Immediately report the incident by phone;
• Close the windows;
• Take measures to extinguish the fire using available means;
• If it is not possible to extinguish the fire yourself, exit your room and close the door without locking it;
• Leave the danger zone and follow the instructions of hotel management. In case of fire outside your room:
• Upon seeing fire or smoke, immediately report it by calling: +121 (internal phone) or 230-22-41.
• Close the windows and door, take your documents, and go to the exit using the smoke-free corridors and stairways; if there is smoke, make your way to the exit while keeping low to the floor (on all fours);
• Do not use the elevator during evacuation.
If you cannot leave the room:
• If the corridors are heavily smoke-filled, stay in your room, close the door immediately, and open the windows;
• Fill the bathtub with water;
• Report your location by calling: +121 (internal phone) or 230-22-41;
• To avoid smoke inhalation, seal gaps and ventilation openings with wet towels or bedding;
• If smoke enters your room, protect your nose and mouth with a wet towel, and keep low or lie on the floor;
• When firefighters arrive, approach the window and signal for help;
• In the event of organized evacuation of guests from the hotel, follow the instructions of the administration or fire service.
The most important thing: remain calm and do not panic!
